This Privacy Notice for 3D Printcam ("we", "us", or "our") describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share your personal information when you use our services.
3D Printcam enables 3D printing enthusiasts and makers to capture stable, printhead-docked timelapse videos using their iPhone or Android phone. The app uses real-time on-device computer vision to monitor the print bed, detect when the toolhead moves to a designated docking area between layers, and triggers a full-resolution still photo saved on the device—all without external hardware, IoT dongles, or cloud uploads.
Questions or concerns? Reading this Privacy Notice will help you understand your privacy rights and choices. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Services. If you still have any questions or concerns, please contact us at support@anmule.com.
What personal information do we process? We do not collect or store personal files, names, or account passwords. All visual processing occurs locally on your phone.
Do we process any sensitive personal information? No. We do not process sensitive personal information (such as biometric identifiers, genetic data, racial origin, or religious beliefs).
Do we collect any information from third parties? No. We do not purchase or collect information about you from data brokers or third parties.
How do we keep your information safe? Your photos and timelapses never leave your device. They are stored on your device, in the app's own storage and, if you choose, in your phone's photo library, protected by your device's built-in operating system security.
What are your rights? Depending on where you reside, privacy laws (including GDPR and CCPA) provide you rights regarding any data collected. You may contact us at any time at support@anmule.com.

Photos captured by 3D Printcam are stored indefinitely on your device until you choose to delete them in the app or from your phone's photo library. Customer support email correspondence is retained only as long as necessary to address your inquiry or meet statutory requirements.
Because 3D Printcam operates on a 100% on-device architecture, the greatest security protection is that your media never travels across the public internet. Furthermore, all web traffic to our domain is strictly encrypted using modern Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3/HTTPS).
